Lesley Ann Brandt, born December 2, 1981 in Cape Town South Africa is an actor and model. Her appearances on TV shows and movies are the most well-known works. Brandt was the first actress to make her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand that is a historical thriller. She began her acting career in New Zealand through Diplomatic Immunity. The actress has appeared on numerous television series during the past ten years like Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is currently acting as Mazikeen the character of Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro's urban fantasy Lucifer. Brandt was originally from Cape Town South Africa, but moved with her parents to Auckland New Zealand in late teens. Brandt began modeling in commercials on TV and in print. She also worked in sales as well as an expert in the field of information technology before becoming famous as a fashion model. In 2009 she was offered her first role in Leilani as Leilani in the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. Her first big appearance was in 2021, when she performed the role as a slavegirl Naevia as part of the Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. She also reprised her role as Naevia in the mini-series that prequels Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three separate TV shows which include Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began to play a bounty-hunter demon called Mazikeen in the Netflix show Lucifer. It is her largest role up to now. In the show, she is co-starring with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro as well as D. B. Woodside.
